Hidayah Health Limited – Terms and Conditions (Courses)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the enrolment, participation, and certification of students undertaking any course offered by Hidayah Health Limited (“Hidayah Health”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling in a course, you (“the Student”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms in full.

Hidayah Health Limited is a UK-registered training provider specialising in Hijama Therapy (Cupping), Holistic Health, and Natural Healing Education, accredited by The Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).

  1. Course Enrolment and Access

1.1. To enrol in a Hidayah Health course, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
1.2. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials through our Learning Management System (LMS), currently hosted on LearnDash.
1.3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during enrolment, including full name, contact details, and verification documents when required.
1.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

  1. Course Duration and Extensions

2.1. Access to each digital course is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.2. If you fail to complete the course within the access period, you may request an extension for an additional fee.
2.3. Extensions must be requested before the access period expires. Once expired, course access will automatically terminate.
2.4. Extensions are granted at the discretion of Hidayah Health and may incur administrative or platform fees.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1. All purchases made through our website or authorised sales channels are subject to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3.2. You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase only if you have not accessed any digital materials or logged into the course platform.
3.3. By accessing the course materials, you waive your right to cancel and forfeit any eligibility for a refund.
3.4. Refunds will not be issued for:
 a. Courses already accessed or downloaded.
 b. Students failing to complete within the allowed timeframe.
 c. Disciplinary terminations or breaches of conduct (see Section 11).
3.5. Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.

  1. Payments and Fees

4.1. Full payment must be made at the time of enrolment. We currently accept debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4.2. We do not currently offer instalment plans; this may change at our discretion in the future.
4.3. Once payment is received, you enter into a legally binding contract for the duration of your course access period.

  1. Course Requirements and Assessments

5.1. Students must complete all required components of their course to receive certification. These may include case studies, written essays, MCQs, and practical evidence.
5.2. Certificates are only issued upon full completion of the course and successful assessment.
5.3. Students enrolled in the Advanced Hijama Course for Professionals will receive a Professional Qualification Certificate, recognised by IPHM and CMA.
5.4. Students completing the Hijama Training for Non-Professionals will receive a Certificate of Completion only, which does not permit professional practice.

  1. Intellectual Property and Course Materials

6.1. All materials provided within Hidayah Health courses, including PDFs, videos, manuals, diagrams, and assessments, are the exclusive property of Hidayah Health Limited.
6.2. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal educational use only.
6.3. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or public display of any materials—whether digital or printed—is strictly prohibited.
6.4. You may print low-resolution copies of course materials for personal study only.
6.5. Copying, recording, screen capturing, or sharing course content constitutes a violation of copyright law (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988).
6.6. Hidayah Health reserves the right to take legal action and seek damages for any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or resale of its materials.

  1. Code of Conduct

7.1. Students must maintain professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times when communicating with instructors, staff, or fellow learners.
7.2. Harassment, abusive language, or unethical behaviour will result in immediate termination without refund.
7.3. Plagiarism or use of artificial intelligence tools to generate assignments without acknowledgment will be treated as academic misconduct.
7.4. Hidayah Health reserves the right to revoke certificates if subsequent evidence of misconduct or malpractice arises.

  1. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Hidayah Health provides all educational content for informational and professional development purposes only.
8.2. We are not responsible for any misuse of techniques or information taught during the course.
8.3. You agree that Hidayah Health, its directors, tutors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your application of Hijama or related therapies.
8.4. You acknowledge that Hijama therapy must only be practised by qualified and insured professionals.

  1. Student Indemnity Clause

9.1. The Student hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Hidayah Health Limited, its instructors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the Student’s negligent or wilful acts in practising Hijama or related treatments, whether during or after course completion.
9.2. This indemnity survives termination of the Student’s enrolment or certification.

  1. Data Protection and Privacy

10.1. Hidayah Health complies with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10.2. Personal information collected during enrolment is used solely for course administration, certification, and communication purposes.
10.3. We will never sell, rent, or share your data with unauthorised third parties.
10.4. Medical and treatment-related information (including client consultation forms) will be securely stored for six (6) years before being permanently destroyed by shredding or secure digital erasure.
10.5. Only authorised staff and tutors have access to this data.

  1. Termination of Access

11.1. Hidayah Health reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if you:
 a. Breach these Terms, including copyright or conduct violations;
 b. Misuse our platform or distribute login details;
 c. Engage in fraudulent or misleading activities.
11.2. Upon termination, all licences to use course materials will be immediately revoked.

  1. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

12.1. Students are encouraged to raise any complaints, concerns, or feedback by emailing support@hidayahhealth.com or by contacting their tutor directly.
12.2. We aim to resolve all matters amicably and professionally within 10 working days.
12.3. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the matter will be handled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
13.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  1. Updates to Terms

14.1. Hidayah Health reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
14.2. Updated Terms will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
14.3. Continued use of our courses or platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all Hijama (Cupping) and holistic therapy treatments provided by Hidayah Health Limited (“Hidayah Health”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking or attending a treatment, you (“the Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms in full.

Hidayah Health Limited is a UK-based professional Hijama and holistic therapy provider, offering ethical, safe, and Sunnah-based treatments in accordance with the highest hygiene and client care standards.

  1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings must be made through our official website, approved booking link, or by direct contact with Hidayah Health staff.
1.2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking will not be confirmed until this deposit is received.
1.3. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of your appointment, before treatment commences.
1.4. All prices are clearly listed on our website and may vary depending on treatment type, number of cups, and practitioner availability.

  1. Cancellations and No-Shows

2.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.
2.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
2.3. Clients who fail to attend their booked appointment (“no-show”) will automatically forfeit their deposit and may be refused future bookings.
2.4. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in permanent refusal of service.
2.5. In the unlikely event that Hidayah Health must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available slot or a full refund of your deposit.

  1. Medical Disclosure and Suitability

3.1. All clients are required to complete a Confidential Client Consultation Form before receiving treatment.
3.2. You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, current medications, allergies, or recent surgeries that may affect your suitability for Hijama or other therapies.
3.3. Hidayah Health reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if the practitioner deems it unsafe or medically inappropriate to proceed.
3.4. Clients with serious medical conditions (e.g., heart disease, blood disorders, cancer, or infectious diseases) will be declined treatment by the practitioner.

3.5. You understand that failure to disclose accurate information may result in injury or adverse reaction, for which Hidayah Health cannot be held liable.

  1. Practitioner Standards and Client Modesty

4.1. All practitioners at Hidayah Health are qualified, certified, & insured.
4.2. Client modesty and privacy will always be respected in accordance with Islamic guidelines and the Sunnah.
4.3. Only the areas being treated will be exposed, and clients will be appropriately draped throughout the session.
4.4. Female clients are treated exclusively by female practitioners unless otherwise requested in writing.
4.5. Photography, video recording, or observation during treatment requires prior consent from both client and practitioner.

  1. During Treatment

5.1. You must follow all practitioner instructions before, during, and after treatment.
5.2. If you experience discomfort, dizziness, or wish to stop the treatment at any time, you must inform the practitioner immediately.
5.3. Hidayah Health reserves the right to halt treatment if the client becomes uncooperative, aggressive, or behaves inappropriately.
5.4. In the event of any adverse reaction, appropriate first aid will be administered, and medical services may be contacted if necessary.

  1. Aftercare and Healing Process

6.1. Each client will receive verbal and/or written aftercare advice following their treatment.
6.2. Healing marks from Hijama may vary and can take between 7–10 days to fade completely.
6.3. You agree to follow the provided aftercare instructions, including rest, hydration, and hygiene measures.
6.4. Hidayah Health cannot be held liable for delayed healing, scarring, or infection resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.

  1. Refund Policy

7.1. Treatment deposits are strictly non-refundable, except where cancellation is initiated by Hidayah Health, the cancellation was requested before 48 hours of the scheduled treatment time.
7.2. Full treatment fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
7.3. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results, healing duration, or outcomes that are subjective in nature.
7.4. Refunds will not be considered for clients who fail to disclose relevant medical information.

  1. Limitation of Liability

8.1. All treatments provided by Hidayah Health are complementary in nature and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
8.2. You acknowledge that the results of Hijama therapy vary from person to person, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
8.3. Hidayah Health, its directors, and practitioners will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from treatment, except where caused by proven negligence.
8.4. You accept that by undertaking a Hijama treatment, there is a minimal risk of bruising, bleeding, dizziness, or temporary fatigue, which are normal and expected side effects.

  1. Client Indemnity Clause

9.1. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hidayah Health Limited, its practitioners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from misuse, non-disclosure, or negligence unrelated to practitioner error.
9.2. This indemnity continues to apply after treatment has concluded.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Protection

10.1. All personal and medical information provided by clients will remain strictly confidential.
10.2. Hidayah Health complies fully with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations.
10.3. Medical and consultation records will be securely stored for six (6) years and then permanently deleted or destroyed.
10.4. Access to your records is limited to authorised practitioners and administrative staff only.

  1. Complaints and Feedback

11.1. If you have a concern or complaint about your treatment, please raise it directly with your practitioner or email admin@hidayahhealth.com within 48 hours of your session.
11.2. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate them in accordance with our Client Care Policy.
11.3. Feedback and testimonials may be used for training and marketing purposes with your explicit written consent.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1. These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12.2. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  1. Updates to Terms

13.1. Hidayah Health reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
13.2. Updated Terms will be published on our website and take effect immediately.
13.3. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales of Hijama cups and related supplies (“Products”) offered by Hidayah Health Limited (“Hidayah Health”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order, you (“the Buyer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms in full.

Hidayah Health Limited operates as a UK-based educational and therapy provider offering professional Hijama courses, treatments, and the sale of high-quality Hijama cups. All product sales are subject to the following conditions.

  1. Ordering and Payment

1.1. Orders for cups and other supplies must be placed directly through our official communication channels, such as our sales line, email, or approved payment link.
1.2. Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
1.3. We currently accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
1.4. All prices are listed in GBP (£).
1.5. We reserve the right to adjust prices or withdraw products at any time without prior notice.
1.6. Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless otherwise required by UK consumer law.

  1. Fulfilment and Delivery

2.1. Hidayah Health Limited does not handle physical fulfilment of cup orders.
2.2. All products are shipped directly from our trusted third-party supplier in China to the delivery address provided by the Buyer.
2.3. By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept that Hidayah Health acts solely as an intermediary between you and the supplier, and not as the manufacturer or distributor.
2.4. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service, but typically range between 45–60 working days.
2.5. Hidayah Health shall not be held liable for any delays, import taxes, or customs-related issues beyond our control.
2.6. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping details are provided. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.

  1. Product Quality and Description

3.1. All products are described to the best of our knowledge and in accordance with supplier specifications.
3.2. Product images shown on our website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly in colour, size, or packaging.
3.3. We work exclusively with suppliers who meet strict quality control standards. However, minor variations or cosmetic imperfections do not constitute product faults.
3.4. Hidayah Health disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to product suitability for specific commercial or therapeutic purposes, except where required by UK law.

  1. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Refunds are only available if the product in its entirety is faulty or defective upon arrival, in accordance with UK consumer law and our supplier’s return policy.
4.2. Buyers must notify Hidayah Health in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods if any damage, defect, or missing item is found.
4.3. Clear photographic or video evidence of the fault must be provided to assist with our investigation and liaison with the supplier.
4.4. Once a claim is verified, we will coordinate with the supplier to either issue a replacement or arrange a partial or full refund.
4.5. Refunds are processed in line with the supplier’s own return policy.
4.6. Hidayah Health is not responsible for refund delays arising from third-party suppliers, couriers, or customs authorities.
4.7. Refunds will not be granted for:
 • Change of mind after ordering
 • Minor aesthetic imperfections
 • Issues caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or mishandling
 • Shipping delays beyond our control
4.8. Buyers must not return any products without prior written authorisation from Hidayah Health.

  1. Risk and Ownership

5.1. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer once full payment has been received.
5.2. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon dispatch from the supplier.
5.3. Hidayah Health shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage during transit once the order has been shipped.

  1. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Hidayah Health Limited acts solely as a facilitator between the Buyer and the supplier.
7.2. We make no representation or warranty regarding product performance, certification, or compatibility with other equipment.
7.3. Under no circumstances shall Hidayah Health be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of any product supplied.
7.4. Liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.

  1. Indemnity Clause

8.1. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hidayah Health Limited, its directors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use, misuse, or resale of the products.
8.2. This indemnity remains in effect even after the completion of sale and delivery.

  1. Data Protection

9.1. Buyer information is collected and processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
9.2. We only collect information necessary to process your order, including name, address, and contact details.
9.3. Payment information is securely processed through verified third-party payment gateways; we do not store card details.
