We give our customers the opportunity to benefit directly from factory-to-door delivery – cutting out middlemen and unnecessary warehouse handling. This allows us to offer high-quality cups at unbeatable wholesale prices, starting from just 21p per cup.

📦 Delivery Timeline

All cup orders are shipped directly from our trusted supplier in China. This international delivery method allows major cost savings but takes approximately 55–65 days to reach your doorstep.

We kindly ask all customers to exercise patience during this window and refrain from panic or premature assumptions. This process has worked reliably for our own clinical use over the past decade.

✅ You must wait a full 65 days before raising any dispute or claim.
✅ We will provide full tracking information (usually via DPD) once your shipment has safely docked in your country.
✅ All shipments are delivered via tracked delivery, ensuring peace of mind for both you and us.

❌ Cancellations

As soon as your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our factory for packaging and export preparation – often within hours. For this reason, cancellations are not possible under any circumstances.

Attempting to force a cancellation via payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or your bank) may lead to your account being flagged for misuse, as this goes against our clearly stated terms.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic and disposable nature of Hijama cups, all sales are final unless:

• The item is damaged or defective on arrival

• You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a refund or replacement in these cases:
🔸 Photo or Video evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery
🔸 Items must be unused and kept in original packaging

If your claim meets the criteria, we will offer a refund or arrange for a replacement.
